As a General Manager with 24 years based out of Los Angeles, I lead with transparency, collaboration, loyalty, and a strong support system. My family is everything: I've been married to my wife, Natasha Ain-González, for 26 years, and we have four daughters, including a set of identical twins. We’re a travel-loving bunch, having explored Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Mexico, Europe, and the USA. Sports have always been a part of our lives, from soccer to competitive cheerleading, where we achieved both State and National championships. My eldest daughter is pursuing a career in medicine. My background includes being a United States Marine Corps Alumni. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, and hold a US Top Secret Clearance, as well as counter-terrorism surveillance, and armored amphibious vehicle certifications. I also have certificates in management, finance, and insurance. I'm passionate about developing automotive professionals into high career pinnacles and continuous wealth and lifestyle in both self and their families. This stems from my core values of genuineness, transparency, integrity, and loyalty. My day usually starts with morning walks and coffee with Natasha. I also cherish shopping with my daughters and exploring new cuisines. I'm passionate about servicing clients in the automotive field, focusing on finance, sales, and service. I’m dedicated to the professional development of sales and finance individuals, aiming to foster true leadership and mentor future leaders within the industry and beyond. I’m currently working for Cadillac Pasadena, where I get to lead and develop others in the business. I enjoy discussing travel and food with anyone.
