I've spent a significant portion of my career at Cadillac Pasadena, providing great customer service and fostering strong relationships with my colleagues. My key strengths lie in my reliability, honesty, and unwavering commitment to hard work. I have a strong work ethic, an ability to get along with others, and a love for discussing anything and everything. I am also fluent in Spanish and GM Certified, and was recognized as Advisor of the Year. While my passion for the Dallas Cowboys and playing the guitar bring me joy, my true fulfillment comes from providing exceptional customer service. My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience every time they visit our dealership. And while I may not be a professional blackjack player, I do enjoy the thrill of a good game every now and then, just like my beloved Dallas Cowboys.

My overall experience was great. Customer service with scheduling an oil change was very easy. The day of the appointment went very well. Everything was explained prior to the oil change. Raudel was very professional and helpful.
